QAD Supplier Portal Site and Applications Availability

QAD uses recognized industry-standard infrastructure and methodologies to make the QAD Supplier Portal site available to customers and their enrolled suppliers with a target of 97.5+% availability twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The availability target does not include any downtime caused by (a) scheduled maintenance of QAD Supplier Portal systems (described below) or (b) other conditions that are beyond QAD's reasonable control such as, but not limited to, unplanned outages due to non-QAD application problems; customer or partner equipment not contained within QAD's facilities; customer or partner provided software; customer provided network access; and the internet.

QAD Supplier Portal Site and Applications Downtime

Unscheduled Downtime—Industry-standard monitoring and notification systems are in place such that support staff will be notified of systems outages as they occur. In the event the QAD Supplier Portal site becomes unavailable due to an unscheduled incident, QAD shall notify customers as soon as possible after QAD determines the QAD Supplier Portal site is unavailable. Notification will occur via posting on the QAD Supplier Portal System Status Board.

Scheduled Maintenance—QAD provides at least forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to scheduled maintenance or system updates that shall cause one or more of the following:

  • Application or system down time
  • Potential for noticeable decline in application performance
  • Addition of new application features or improvement

Scheduled maintenance will be planned to take less than 30 minutes and will be scheduled for after 5pm PST unless otherwise communicated.
