System Status Board

The MFGx.net System Status Board displays the current status for MFGx.net and its services. Before contacting QAD Support regarding a system or service outage, please check the Status Board for updates on known conditions which may affect you.

The basic statuses you may see posted on this page are:

OK - MFGx.net and its services are currently available

Warning - A system problem has been identified, but MFGx.net and its services are still available

Alert - A critical, system-wide event has occurred. MFGx.net and its services may be unavailable when this status is posted.

In the event of a Warning or Alert status, information regarding the cause of the problem, or that MFGx.net Staff is working to resolve the issue, will be posted with the status. The status will also have an "Updated" date and timestamp, to record the last time that status was changed/updated. The time is displayed in Pacific and Greenwich Mean Time.

This board is only updated for unscheduled events. Planned events are posted on the Scheduled Downtime Board.

When an outage is reported through the Status Alert feature, there may be a short delay before the System Status Board is updated, while the MFGx.net Staff verifies the condition of the system.
