Send System Status Alert

MFGx.net staff continually monitors and maintains the environments, performing proactive and preemtive activities. This is done to ensure your services are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week (scheduled downtime excluded). Every now and then, however, the unexpected may happen, which could make MFGx.net services unavailable to you.

MFGx.net staff is automatically notified immediately if a service interruption occurs. You also have the ability to send MFGx.net staff an alert notice, if a service interruption occurs.

If you experience a service interruption that is not posted as a Scheduled Downtime event, and not already announced/acknowledged on the System Status Board, submit an alert.

Enter and submit your email address. You will receive an email, to that address, with a link to the form to report a system-wide problem. Fill out and submit this form, and it will be alerted to MFGx.net staff.
