Incident Status Report

Full reporting capabilities are available for all of your MFGx.net support incidents. Incident Status Report provides you full visibility to all incidents, open or closed, which have been submitted for your site.

This report may be run to return a list of incidents for your site, or a specific incident ID. You may run it in detail, providing incident comments, or in summary, returning only incident settings and status. When running the report by End User ID, to get a list of incidents, the search may be filtered by date ranges in which incidents were opened or closed, and by incidents with matching, or not matching, incident status.

Two methods are available for viewing the output of this report. You may choose to view the output in the open web browser, or you may have the report sent to any email address.
