Incident Entry

Log your incidents directly to customer support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Incident Entry is a streamlined tool to speed your support experience. Simply fill out four (4) fields: Service Reported, Severity, Short Description and Incident Detail. Use Incident Detail to describe the detail of the condition you are experiencing or the question you want answered.

Once these fields are completed, the buttons at the bottom of the form provide options to search the Knowledgebase for an existing solution, attach files to the incident to help support research the issue, clear the fields to start over, and/or submit the incident to Support. When you choose to attach a file, the incident is automatically submitted to Support for you at that time.
