Welcome to MFGx.net Support
The tools on this site are dedicated to supporting MFGx.net services. These services include QAD Supply Chain Portal and QAD GS1 Integration.
These tools are available to QAD Customers* with an active QAD Web Account.
The tools available here enable you to:
- Report MFGx.net incidents on-line, update open incidents and monitor the status of all incidents.
- Search the Knowledgebase using the same information you would use to log an incident to support.
- Knowledgebase searches may be done from within Incident Entry, using Incident Detail to search for an existing solution.
- Monitor the current available status of MFGx.net and its services.
- Monitor upcoming scheduled downtime for MFGx.net and its services.
- Report any service outages directly to MFGx.net staff.

*QAD Customers who are also MFGx.net subscribers are eligible to use MFGx.net Support Tools.
Supplier support from QAD Inc. is limited to technical issues related to the use of the on-line service. Issues regarding customer data should always be reported by the supplier directly to the customer. After checking the Current System Status, suppliers experiencing technical difficulties may email SV_Call@qad.com for assistance.
